In celebration of Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance / ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版: 破 movie being shown in Singapore cinema soon, meobi presents Ayanami Rei.

Although B-Mecha and I have to wait for the movie, we satisfied our Eva-cravings by re-watching the entire Evangelion TV Series and also Petit Eva: Evangelion @ School Series. You can say we were “Eva-high” hahaha… XD Rei is such a cutie in this version. Plus the entire cast in super-deformed style is absolutely adorable. Even Evangelion Unit 01 is made into a cuter version, a human-sized robot acting like a school bully.

For those who haven’t watch Petit Eva, I highly recommend watching it if you’re up for some laughs. It’s about 24-episodes of parody with the Evangelion characters in high school. The series also features “three Rei sisters”: one is a young child-like Rei, 2nd is the normal Rei from the TV series, and the 3rd is an alternative Rei who is more hyperactive and klutzy.

Finally I’ve finished watching K-on! anime series, and is now reading the manga. There’s a lot of cuteness in it, but I’m fine with it. I like the characters and the silly situations they always seem to get themselves into. But what I really love about K-on! is the music, especially the ending theme “Don’t say ‘lazy’“. “ふわふわ時間 / Fuwa Fuwa Time” is not bad too, if you’re into anime songs. Well, I love J-rock and anime songs~ so this type of music attracts me a lot.

If there’s a nickname that I can give to both Yui and Mio, it would be “Blur-queen” and “Shy-girl”. I think those names would fit them well, don’t you think so too? He he he… Okay, lame jokes aside, I rather like these two main characters, but I absolutely adore Yui’s sister, Ui Hirasawa. But their teacher Sawako Yamanaka is cool yet hilarious at the same time. Sawako-sensei’s split personality reminds me of Soichi Negishi from Detroit Metal City. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at her. XD

The art used in the wallpaper is from K-on! manga. I really love their chibi versions, and their Nendoroid versions are so cute too! I shall resist the temptation to add them to my Nendoroid collection. No money (;_;)~ *sniffles* Anyway, stay tune for Ritsu and Tsumugi wallpapers in future posts. K-on! ending - Don’t say ‘lazy’

“Zetsubou shita~!” Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei is here! Nendoroid Nozomu Itoshiki is making his despairing yet cute appearance in a mobile phone near yours. (Sensei: “I’m in despair to be a wallpaper!”) ^_^”’ ah ha ha ha

I’ve only watched the 1st season of “Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei” and I find it quite hilarious that Nozomu Itoshiki can turn any subject into a despressing and despairing thing. Yet, his pessimistic atitude is countered by an extremely optimistic girl known only as Kafuka Fuura. XD It’s just so hilarious to see the interaction between those two.

So far, I haven’t watched Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei Season 2 and 2.5, and now Season 3 is going to be broadcasting in Japan this month. I really need to find some good source to either download or stream anime online. =_=

Last weekend BMecha and I went to the Toy Carnival @ Singapore Art Museum. He bought lots of Revoltech, while I managed to get some cute stuffs there. Spent about SGD100 on them, so now I’m broke. Nendoroid Sebastian haven’t arrive yet, most probably 3rd week of July. T_T

It’s Sebastian Michaelis - the butler from Kuroshitsuji. Now in Nendoroid form! :D

Sebastian is just so cute yet so handsome at the same time. Isn’t he lovable? <3 Makes a fan-girl drool just by having him around. Hopefully I'll be able to get him soon. Nendoroid Sebastian is due for release on July 2009, so I’ll be heading to my favourite figure shop for a look-see before he’s all sold out. XD

According to Good Smile Company, they are currently working on the Nendoroid version of Sebastian’s master - Ciel Phantomhive. :) Yay! Another cutie to add to my collection. Can even make a master-and-servant scene. Hehehe… Let’s hope they come out with more Nendoroid versions of other characters from Kuroshitsuji. Or maybe even characters from K-On would be nice. :D
